This is for Monday, Tuesday and today.  I am so blessed to have a culinary student shadow me for 300hrs.  It sure helps to decrease my work load.

MONDAY:

2.SWET POTATO FRIES(BAKED)
3.ROASTED VEGGIE QUESADILLAS
4.CHILI BROWN RICE
5.KENYAN KALE AND TOMATOES
6.SPIANCH SALAD W/ FLYING FISH DRESSING
7.SOBA NOODLES W/ CHICKEN AND VEGGIES
