WICT= WHAT I COOKED TODAY

So the third day of the photo shoot is past.  what a nice group of adults.  Luvin' it!  Suzanne and I  served:
1.BRIE AND EGG STRATA
2.JALAPENO CHEESE GRITS
3.TURKEY CHUTNEY WRAPS
4.HUMMUS AND VEGGIE WRAPS
5.TUNA WRAPS
6.YOGURT W/ MIXED BERRIES AND GRANOLA
7.MELON TRAY
8.WATER W/ ORANGE ESSENCE

Tonight I am doing a cocktail/dinner party for 20 on the 12th floor of a downtown hi rise.
1.ARTISAN CHEESES W/ GRAPES AND CRACKERS
2.ASSORTED NUTS
3.SHRIMP W/ BELGIAN DIPPING SAUCE
4.COCONUT CHICKEN CURRY
5.YELLOW RICE W/ PEAS
