WICT= WHAT I COOKED TODAY

Chef Suzanne helped me today and we rolled out some good stuff.  We worked on an elderly clients menu and then a few appetizers for a Surprise Party.  And I do mean "SURPRISE!"
1.SALMON CROQUETTES
2.POT ROAST W/ POTATOES, CARROTS AND ONIONS
3.WHITE BEANS AND CORN BREAD
4.TURNIP GREENS
5.CARROT CASSEROLE
6.BAKED CHICKEN BREASTS
AND THEN:
1/HUMMUS W/ PITA CHIPS + CARROTS
2/SHRIMP W/ BELGIAN-STYLE DIPPING SAUCE
3/ORANGE CINNAMON POPCORN
4/BACON CREAM CHEESE W/ HOT PEPPER JELLY
5/ORGANIC TRUFFLES DUSTED W/ PINK PEARL SUGAR
