WICT= WHAT I COOKED TODAY

This is the 2nd time I have cooked for this Brentwood family.  Mrs. loves the ease and extra time it gives her.
1.CHICKEN DIVAN>MAKING THIS AT CHURCH TOM., TOO FOR 80 PEOPLE
2.BEEF MEATLOAF>I KICK UP THEIR SAUCE W/ SRIRACHA SAUCE
3.CREOLE JAMBALYA>THIS MADE HUGE PORTIONS(NEED TO NOTE IT)
4.ISLAND CHICKEN W/ PINEAPPLE SALSA>W/ LOTS OF JALAPENOS FOR HEAT
5.BAKED SPAGHETTI>THIS WAS A REQUEST.  IT WAS HARD TO FIND A RECIPE THAT DIDN'T CALL FOR CANNED SOUP(I DESPISE CANNED CREAM OF ANYTHING)  FINALLY FOUD A GOOD ONE AND USED WHOLE GRAIN SPAGHETTI!
