WICT= WHAT I COOKED TODAY

Today I am prepping for an ANniversary party.  It's a surprise from a husband to his wife.  Now that is one thoughtful hubby!
Here is the menu for their SURPRISE ANNIVERSARY TAPAS PARTY:
1.FRESH SPRING ROLLS>  THESE  ARE KIND OF LIKE A RAW EGGROLL, RICE PAPER ON OUTSIDE, RICE NOODLES, SHRIMP, CUKE, CARROTS, THAI BASIL AND CILANTRO ON THE INSIDE SERVED WITH A SOY BASED SAUCE

2.SPINACH SOUFFLE STUFFED MUSHROOMS> DELICIOUS HOMEMEAD SPINACH MIXTURE INSIDE THEN BAKED

3.SPICY EGGPLANT SPREAD W/ NAAN BREAD>  THIS IS A DIP WITH INDIAN BASED SPICES

4.JAPANESE GYOZA>  AKA:  POT STICKERS MADE FROM SCRATCH W/ CLASSIC PORK FILLING

5.SHRIMP AND GRITS>  MADE THIS BEFORE AND USED PHYLLO CUPS.  THIS TIME I WILL SERVE IN TINY CERAMIC POTS AND MAKE HEARTS OUT OF THE PHYLLO TO PUT ON TOP

6.OUTBACK WEDGE SALAD>  THIS WAS THE ONLY REQUEST THE HUSBAND REALLY HAD.  I GOOGLED IT AND FOUND THE RECIPE.  I WILL USE BABY HEADS OF ROMAINE INSTEAD OF ICEBURG(I DETEST ICEBURG FOR IT'S LACK OF NUTRITIONAL VALUE)

7.MARIRAE'S HOMEMADE IRISH CREAM>  KICKS BUTT AND NO YOU CAN'T HAVE THE RECIPE.  IT'S ONE OF THE FEW I WON'T SHARE
