WICT= WHAT I COOKED TODAY

Following Dr. Bernui's plan for detox for new client.  Who says healthy food has to taste like grass clippings(I've actual heard this statement several times since moving to TN).  This stuff is delicious.  By running the carrots thru the food processor and then sauteeing, you get the feel of cooked ground beef.  This food be served in any restaurant.  Why do we keep eating in places that only serve processed food?
1.MINESTRONE>vegan and organic
2.HUMMUS
3.PASTA AND BEANS>used brown rice elbows
4.RATATOUILLE>yes, like the movie
5.BAKED APPLES>w/ raw cashews, organic raisins, oats and spices
6.TWO DIFFERENT SALAD DRESSINGS>both w/ flax seed oil
7.CHILI>yummers
8.STEAMED BROCCOLI
9.BAKED RED POTATOES>w/ extra virgin olive oil and Himalayan Pink Salt
