WICT= WHAT I COOKED TODAY

This is my every other Thursday gig in the Governor's Club in Brentwood..  The request and I make it.  Hopefully, all are happy with my results:
1.MARINATED AND GRILLED SKIRT STEAK
2.GRILLED CHICKEN TENDERS (FOR THE DARLING GIRLS)
3.ROSEMARY CHICKEN W/ WILD RICE
4.SONOMA CHICKEN SALAD W/ RED WINE VINAEGRETTE
5.PARMESAN POTAOTES
6.K&S RAVIOLI(NAMED AFTER THE GIRLS)> AND THEY DON'T EVEN KNOW THERE IS BUTTERNUT SQUASH IN THE SAUCE...SSSHHHH!
