WICT= WHAT I COOKED TODAY

Working for a diabetic gentleman trying to regain his health.  We are working w/ a low pH and low glycemic regimen!
1.LAMB STEW(THIS HAS SPINACH AND YOGURT W/ LOTS OF SPICE)
2.SWISS CHARD W/ RAISINS
3.TURKEY MEATLOAF
4.SASSY BEANS(VEGETARIAN REFIREID BEANS W/ SCALLIONS, CILANTRO....)
5.TOFU STIR-FRY
6.RAW BEET AND CARROT SALAD
7.GREEN LEAFY PASTA(SPINACH PASTA MADE W/ JERUSALEM ARTICHOKE FLOUR)
8.BARBIE SALAD
9.QUINOA AND AVOCADO SOUP
10.ROASTED SWEET POTATOES W/ ONIONS

It takes a lot of dark green food to lower our pH.  Today's menu has almost a bushel(it seemed) of green veggies!  Healthy but tasty, too!
