WICT= WHAT I COOKED TODAY

I cooked for a really great family today.  Their young daughter is far from a picky eater and was brought up eating whatever Mom and Dad ate.  Yeah!
1.BALSAMIC PORK TENDERLOIN OVER SAUTEED SPINACH AND SHALLOTS
2.JAMBALYA
3.CHICKEN PARMESAN
4.MEXICAN POT ROAST
5.FIESTA STUFFED RED PEPPERS

This was an all entree menu which means the received 8 servings of all the above items!
