WICT= WHAT I COOKED TODAY

Thrown for another loop!   I was supposed to meet this women at 10am at Whole Foods in Cool Springs to devise a menu and shop and then cook what she chose.  Change of plans at 8am.  She wasn't able to do this, but needed the foods developed that Dr. Bernui suggested.  NO PROBLEM!  Refocused and the result is:

6.MINESTRONE SOUP
7.WILD CAUGHT SALMON
8.WILD CAUGHT ORANGE ROUGHY
9.WILD CAUGHT SALMOM
