Today I cooked for a woman who changes her mind about how she wants to eat as often as I change my underwear! Last week she asked me to make Fried Rice w/ carrots, peas, onion, kidney beans, garlic and sauteed tofu. This week she won't eat it because she no longer wants to eat carbs and protein together. Woe is me!
