WICT= WHAT I COOKED TODAY

This client is on an anti-inflammatory eating plan recommended by Dr. Michael Bernui of Hendersonville.  He believes we are what we eat and what we eat and don't eat can make us feel better and be healthier.  I have not done the food questionnaire w/ this woman yet, but we will do so next week along w/ shopping at Whole Foods together and then going to her home to cook.  Here is what I made for her to get by unitl next week:
1.ROASTED TURKEY BREAST
2.BAKED HALIBUT
3.HUMMUS
4.NUTTY GREEN  BROWN BASMATI RICE
5. BLACK BEAN SALAD
6. BASIC DRESSING
