WICTW>What I cooked this week

This was certainly our biggest week in the history of WCFY?.  With Karen and Fadia's help we were able to knock it all out in 2 days.  I just returned from the last delivery in Red Boiling Springs.  For those of you that don't live around here, it's a million miles away.  Actually 1hr. and 7 min.  It's a very elderly new client and I just couldn't say no.  She loves eclectic food.  See if you can pick out her order from the items below:
