WICT= WHAT I COOKED TODAY

So still working for regular clients and adding in the Thanksgiving items.  Karen was super busy frosting her delicious mini-cakes.  Yum.  Delicious and not too sweet.  Her cr. cheese frosting rocks!!
Here is the Paleo Diet menu I completed:

4.GARLIC-TOMATO GREEN BEANS
5.SPINACH/BEEF LOAF W/ WINE PAN SAUCE

7.SESAME CILANTRO CHICKEN
8.ROASTED BRUSSEL SPROUTS
9.BEEF STIRFRY
10.STEWED TOMATOES
