WICT= WHAT I COOKED TODAY

Phew, finally done!  Had to make an extra trip to the store because I forgot the avocados. I add extra calories to 1/2 of the dishes because their little girl needs to gain weight.  Sure wish I could say that about myself!

6.TWICE BAKED SWEET POTATOES
7.QUINOA AND AVOCADO SOUP
8.RAW BEET SALAD
9.HAM AND CHEESE QUICHE
10.BUTTERNUT SQUASH
