WICT= WHAT I COOKED TODAY

Did a couple of things today!  First I made 8 servings of Mexican Lasagna for a client that didn't like my Cherry Marsala Chicken, so I am replacing it.  This doesn't happen often, and in my defense, everyone else I've made it for loved it.  Everybody has different tastes, though, so I honored this with replacement food.
Next, I made dinner for 10.  It was a surprise situation.  A brave serviceman home from Afghanistan was going to surprise family members with his return.
Here is the menu they chose:
1.MICROGREENS AND ARUGULA W/ ROASTED VEGGIES AND HOMEMADE BALSAMIC DRESSING
2.ORGANIC CHICKEN/ASPARAGUS MARSALA
3.ROASTED ROSEMARY BABY RED POTATOES
4.ORGANIC BLUEBERRY COBBLER
