WICT= WHAT I COOKED TODAY

Today I cooked for a family of 4.  The 11 yr. old son has just learned his cholesterol #'s are off the charts.  The challenge is to make foods that kids like, but keep it within his dietary restrictions.
1.MARINATED FLANK STEAK FOR THE GRILL

3.CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP
4.STRAWBERRY/SPINACH SALAD
5.SWEET POTATO SHEPHERD'S PIE
6.SEASONED GREEN BEANS
7.MEXICAN LASAGNA
8.MEXI-BROWN-RICE
9.OVEN-BAKED CHICKEN PARM
10.ROASTED BROCCOLI
