WICT= WHAT I COOKED TODAY

I'm catering a pool party in Hendersonville,TN tonight and here is what I will be preparing:
APPS>CHIPS AND SALSA, HUMMUS, 
"THAT GOOD SALAD"
SANDY'S POTATO SALAD
ROASTED VEGGIES W/ PARM
BOBBY JOHN'S FOCACCIA W/ OLIVE OIL DIP
TERIYAKI/PINEAPPLE MARINATED CHICKEN BREASTS
7OZ. FILETS
BANANA PUDDING TRIFLE

Not the most exciting menu, but should please the mixture of palates at the party!
