WICTW= WHAT I COOKED THIS WEEK

Karen and I had another busy week of cooking.  A couple of odd requests thrown in for a Tuna Mold and Deviled(stuffed) Eggs.
This was for  some out of town visitors being put up in a suite in Green Hills:
GRAB AND GO FRUIT
PRETZEL CHICKEN 
CHICKEN FRIED RICE
CHICKEN ENCHILADA CASSEROLE 
MEATLOAF and Mashed potatoes
BUTTERNUT SQUASH RAVIOLI W/ SAGE CREAM SAUCE AND TURKEY MEATBALLS
 ONE CAKE OR PAN OF BROWNIES, PREFERABLY DARK CHOCOLATE WITH A WHITE CREAM FROSTING 
1.CAJUN FISH AND VEGGIES
2.JAMBALAYA
3.BEEF AND PINTO BURRITOS
4.CHICKEN SATAY
5.SWEET AND SPICY SALMON
1.WEDDING SALAD
2.KALE SALAD W/ SHITAKE MUSHROOMS AND MISO
3.GRAB AND GO FRUITS W/ COCONUT
This is for our chiropractors that eat close to the Paleo Diet: 
1.CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI CASSEROLE
2.TACO MEAT
3.WASABI FISH
4.CAJUN TURKEY CUTLETS
5.RAINBOW KALE SALAD
This for a new client that is 85yrs. young :
1.LASAGNA
     ASPARAGUS
2.CHICKEN POT PIE
     GREEN BEANS
3.OVEN FRIED DRUMSTIX
     2X BAKED SWEET POTATOES W/ PINEAPPL
4.HERB CRUSTED SALMON
      RICE PILAF

Can't wait to see the surprises in the CSA boxes I will be picking up in Brentwood @5pm.
