WICT= WHAT I COOKED TODAY

Knocked out some great food for a new client.  She doesn't cook and eats McDonald's every day for breakfast.  Most nights it's take-out, too.  Let's get her healthy!...BABY STEPS....
1.CHICKEN PARMESAN
2.ORANGE-SPINACH SALAD
3.QUINOA, AVOCADO AND CORN SOUP
4.PARMESAN CRISPS
5.TURKEY LASAGNA
6.ROASTED ASPARAGUS W/ CHERRY TOMATOES AND GARLIC
7.SHEPHERD'S PIE
8.ROASTED RED POTATOES
9.KEBBEH LAMB MEATBALLS W/ YOGURT SAUCE
10.SESAME BROCCOLI
