WICT= WHAT I COOKED TODAY

Today I prepared 5 soups for  a long term client that she will eat for a detox:
1.GINGERED CARROT SOUP
2.CREAMY BROCCOLI SOUP(NO CREAM INVOLVED, OF COURSE)
3.CURRIED VEGETABLE SOUP
4.ASIAN SPINACH SOUP
5.ITALIAN GREEN BEAN SOUP

I also, prepared 100 sample servings of Lemon Quinoa for a Maximized Living Event in Bellevue, tomorrow.  It's yummy and so good for you!  Quinoa is a very ancient grain and contains lots of good for you protein.
