2.TOSSED SALAD W/ REDWINE VINAEGRETTE
3.HONEY MUSTARD PORK TENDERLOIN

5.VEGETABLE SOUP
6.FOCCACIA BREAD W/ OLIVE OILDIP
7.MEAT MARINADE

What I am cooking today:  My client changed the entire menu yesterday at 3:30pm due to advice from her new trainer!
1.CHICKEN BREASTS IN DIJON GOAT YOGURT SAUCE
2.TILAPIA W/ OLIVES
3.SPAGHETTI SQUASH W/ BUFFALO MEATBALLS
4.STEAMED ASPARAGUS W/ LEMON SAUCE
5.ROASTED BROC. AND CAUL. IN COCONUT OIL
6.MINTY FRUIT SALAD
7.ROMAINE SALAD W/ GOAT CHEESE EAND LEMON DRESSING
for the kids:
8.SLOPPY JOES ON WHOLE WHEAT ROLLS
9.CHICKEN TETRAZZINI
