WICT= WHAT I COOKED TODAY

new regimen for this hubby:  Seems his cardiologist isn't too happy w/ his stats.  I think it's all the fast food he eats at lunch.  We now have him taking lunches that I make.  This will have to improve his stats in a few months!
1.BAKED CHICKEN
2.WILD RICE
3.CREOLE BLACK BEANS
4.HERB-LEMON SALMON
5.GLAZED ROOT VEGETABLES
6.STEAMED GREEN BEANS
