WICT= WHAT I COOKED TODAY

This client is making me crazy.  She keeps changing her mind about what kind of eating plan she wants to be on.  One week she decides to do raw, then she doesn't like that.  Then no carbs but misses her jam and toast in the morning.  Last week it was not mixing carbs and protein in the same meal, but she has already given that up.  This week all things that produce yeast in the body she is against.  Nothing w/ vinegar, skins, fruits, fermented...but was ok to cover the salmon in capers, because she loves capers.  I need a chill pill.
