WICTW=What I cooked this week

Another busy week in the kitchen with some visitors to boot.  My new friend Dot came by to check out our operations.  she has a wonderful newsletter called Dot's Tasty Good Food.  Look for it, you'll be glad you did.  She loves to experiment changing old school recipes to Paleo style, and she's quite talented at it, I must say.  she brought a delicious treat to the kitchen using almond meal.  YUM!
Here's the things we made:

CARIBBEAN CHICKEN(I CAN MAKE THIS IN MY SLEEP-JEESH)
STEAMED GREEN BEANS
OVEN FRIED TILAPIA
STEAMED CARROTS
PANANG BEEF
FRIED APPLES
APPLE GLAZED PORK CHOPS
OKRA AND TOMATOES
PULLED CHICKEN LIMAS
These last 10 items are for a monthly client that isn't especially adventurous, especially with veggies, but we try!
