WICT= WHAT I COOKED TODAY

The first menu is for a client that I cook for once a month.  They have been with me since 4-07:
1.VEGGIE SPAGHETTI W/ QUINOA PASTA
2.PEAS
3.HONEY MUSTARD PORK TENDERLOIN
4.BAKED SWEET POTATO FRIES
5.PULLED BBQ CHICKEN
6.LIMAS
7.OVEN FRIED TILAPIA
8.FRIED APPLES
9.CHICKEN AND NOODLES
10. BROC. AND CHEESE

Next menu is a weekly Monday client.  Mom Dad and 4 children + dogs and a bird!  (<:

4.COZY SHEPHERD'S PIE
5.PASTA PRIMAVERA W/ SMOKED GOUDA AND SHRIMP
