Hi, again! Actually this is Friday's menu. After a long cook day and attending Mixology, there was no time to blog. Sat. brought a much needed massage from the best masseuse in the world Ahmon Goodrum, then off to Kids in the Kitchen event at the Girl Scout City Center all afternoon. We made creative and fun healthy snacks at our 2 table station. The girls were on their best behavior and made some exotic concoctions w/ multi-grain wraps, wheat crackers, hummus, P.B., celery, carrots, raisins, almonds, cheese, apples and turkey.
Anyhoo, here is Friday's VERY healthy menu for two separate couples:
