WICT= WHAT I COOKED TODAY

Hi, again!  This what I cooked yesterday! 8 servings of each:
1.CHICKEN FRIED RICE
2.BEEF RENDANG>VERY SPICY W/ COCONUT MILK AND LEMON GRASS AND SERRANOS
3.MAPLE MUSTARD PORK CHOPS W/ BUTTERNUT SQUASH PUREE
4.BACON AND BUTTERNUT SQUASH W/ BROWN RICE FETTUCCINE
5.CHICKEN CURRY W/ RED PEPPERS

6>RAW BROCCOLI SALAD

After cooking this all day in West End, I then went to feed the homeless under the Jefferson St. bridge w/ the Salvation Army Canteen:
1.CHICKEN TENDERS DONATED BY CHIKAFIL(SP)
2.MAC AND CHEESE
3.YEAST ROLLS
4.GREEN BEANS
5.AMBROSIA FRUIT SALAD
VARIOUS CHIPS, CHEESES AND COOKIES
....AND LOTS OF COFFEEE
