WICT= WHAT I COOKED TODAY

Cooked for a brand new client, today!  Here is the menu:
1.QUINOA AVOCADO SOUP
2.BARBIE SALAD
3.BASIL CHICKEN
4.BROWN RICE SALAD W/ CRANBERRIES AND WALNUTS W/ CITRUS DRESSING
5.MEXICAN POT ROAST
6.ZESTY ZUCCHINI SKILLET
7.PORK AND WINTER SQUASH STEW
8.GERMAN RED CABBAGE
9.WASABI CRUSTED FISH
10.MEDITERRANEAN GREEN BEANS

Most of the above recipes are from Weight Watcher's as requested by my client.  I always try to follow their wishes as long as they make HEALTHY choices!
