WICT= WHAT I COOKED TODAY

Last day to make food for the photo shoot.  I had such a great time working w/ Chef Zanders on this project.  It was tiring, but rewarding.  Today we served:
1.CRUSTLESS SPRING VEGETABLE QUICHE
2.CRISP YUKON GOLD POTATO COINS
3.FRESH SPRING ROLLS W/ PEANUT SAUCE
4.SPICY INDIAN CURRY BREAD W/ NAAN BREAD
5.STEAMED SHRIMP W/ BELGIAN DIPPING SAUCE
6. FILTERED WATER W/ ORANGE AND GINGER ESSENCE
