Believe it or not, I cooked for a family today that needed MORE calories! Actually, their 1ST GRADER is underweight, so I beefed up her portions w/ avocado(shhh), organic heavy cream, olive oil....

BARBIE SALAD(LEMONY DRESSING NAMED FOR MY FRIEND)
4.GRIODS(HER MOTHER'S RECIPE FOR ROUND STEAK W/ ONIONS
RICE(THIS IS WHAT THE MEAT IS TRADITIONALLY SERVED OVER)
5.CHICKEN AND VEGGIES IN PEANUT SAUCE
SEASONED RICE NOODLES
And then, a client form 2 yrs. ago ordered this for company:
1.SHRIMP AND SEAFOOD SALAD(SHE LIKES IT W/ PEAS AND DILL)
2.6 LAVA CAKES
