WICT= WHAT I COOKED TODAY

Here's what went down today:

1.CHICKEN TORTILLA SOUP(THIS HAS CHICKEN W/ A TOMATO BROTH BASE
2.HUMMUS
3.BEEF ENCHILADA CASSEROLE(SERIOULSY YUM)
4.SPICY BLACK BEANS(i FIXED THIS RECIPE BECAUSE IT NEEDED A LIFT)
5.HONEY-MUSTARD PORK TENDERLOIN
6.GREEN BEANS ALMADINE(SP.)
7.GREEN CHICKEN CHILE ALFREDO ON BROWN RICE PENNE
8.ZUCCHINI BOATS W/ GLUTEN FREE BREADCRUMBS AND PARMESAN
9.MARINATED FLANK FOR THEIR GRILL
10.STRAWBERRY/SPINACH SALAD

This was a gluten free menu as the lady of the house has found it is an issue for her!
