WICT= WHAT I COOKED TODAY

This family is gluten free w/little dairy.  I did use raw organic cheese in the enchiladas because I can't fathom one w/o cheese.  LOL
1.BLACK BEAN SOUP W/ CORN AND CILANTRO
2.BAKED APPLES
3.VEGGIE ENCHILADAS
4.SPANISH BROWN RICE
5.CURRIED QUINOA W/ TOFU AND CHEESE
6.ROASTED PARSNIPS AND SWEET POTATOES W/ A BROWN RICE SYRUP, ORANGE AND PECAN GLAZE
7.4 BAKED CHICKEN BREASTS
8. AMBERJACK W/ JALAPENO
9.FLOUNDER W/ DILL AND LEMON
10.THAI VINAEGRETTE

Then I am doing an Italina meal for 2 in Germantown.(that's kinda funny).
1.SPINCAH PHYLLO CUPS
2.ROMAINE W/ LEMON VINAEGRETTE
3.TURKEY LASAGNA
4.FOCCACIA W/ OLIVE OIL DIP
