WICT= WHAT I COOKED TODAY

I love all my clients, but I have a true friendship established with this one.  We just laugh and talk all day while I am cooking there!
This is what I made..she has gluten and sugar issues:
1.CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP W/ GLUTEN FREE (RICE) NOODLES
2.BUTTERNUT SQUASH RISOTTO W/ PEAS(I HATE RISOTTO, BUT SHE LOVED IT)
3.KICKED UP BEEF BARLEY SOUP (MAJOR SPICY)
4.BERRY BACK RIBS( HER CONSTANT REQUEST)
5.TURKEY MEATLOAF
6.SESAME RICE NOODLE SALAD(SHE ADORED THIS ESPEC. AFTER I ADDED MORE SESAME SEEDS)
