WICT= WHAT I COOKED TODAY

Can you spell stress?   Miscommunication on Facebook has me in a state of panic.  gotta let it go and move forward!

All this and still managed to knock out:
1.RAVIOLI CASSEROLE
2.VEGETABLE BEEF SOUP
3.OVEN FRIED FLOUNDER CRUSTED W/ GLUTEN FREE BREAD CRUMBS AND FLAX MEAL
4.PORK STIR FRY OVER BROWN RICE
5.LAMB AND BEEF MEATBALLS W/ A TOMATO SAUCE W/ ORANGE ESSENCE
6.BLACK BEAN CHILI> HAS JUST A HINT OF BACON FOR A UNIQUE FLAVOR
7.GLUTEN FREE  LASAGNA W/ MILD ITALIAN SAUSAGE
8.PORK MEDALLIONS W/ APPLE COMPOTE

Allergy issues causing migraines has helped to create the above menu.
