WICT= WHAT I COOKED TODAY

Today was my every 2-week Governor's Club gig.  This family is so kind and down to earth!  The girls, ages 5+7, were off for snow.  They became my helpers.  Made the day go a bit longer and cleanup alot more intense, but well worth.  K+S are so sweet.(and if you know me, I am not a big "kid" person).  But I like good kids. And that they are!
When you see the menu, you can just imagine the mess we created!
1.TURKEY PARMESAN
2.PIZZA CASSEROLE
3.HOMEMADE CHICKEN NUGGETS W/ DIPPING SAUCE
4.TEXAS STYLE MEATLOAF
5.PARMESAN POTATO PIE(horribly messy)
6.TERYAKI PORK

  1. Okay, the kids can't get enough of the pork tenderloin. I can't get enough of the parmesan potatoes. Guess what is on our wish list for next time?
