WICT= WHAT I COOKED TODAY

Today I made food for a busy family of four.  The 11 yr. old son has high cholesterol, so I took that into consideration with this menu!
1.SPINACH AND CHICKEN ENCHILADAS
2.ROASTED GARLIC CAULIFLOWER
3.CHICKEN AND MUSHROOM ALFREDO(LOWFAT)
4.SMASHED SWEET POTATOES AND APPLES
5.BEEF STROGANOFF MADE W/ FAT FREE YOGURT AND WHOLE WHEAT NOODLES
6.BROCCOLI SALAD
7.CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP
8.LEAN BBQ COUNTRY SPARE RIBS
9.BAKED APPLES W/ HOME MADE GRANOLA
10.SOUTHERN STYLE GREEN BEANS
