WICT= WHAT I COOKED TODAY

Made "to go" lunches for a Dr. to take to work:
1.GRILLED FLANK STEAK W/ MUSHROOMS
2.CARROT PILAF
3.PEAS W/ PEARL ONIONS
4.COMPANY BAKED CHICKEN
5.ROASTED SWEET POTATOES W/ ONIONS
6.GREEN BEANS W/ BACON

He's a Southern boy, but his wife really watches his diet.  I'm trying to find a happy medium!
